My name is Captain Patrick Gould, and I've spent more than 3 decades guiding fishing charters in the Naples, Marco Island, and 10,000 Island areas. My passion lies in backwater (inshore) fishing, where I specialize in targeting tarpon, snook, redfish, and various other species, depending on the season. I consider myself incredibly fortunate to do what I love and to have the opportunity to meet wonderful people like you while sharing the beauty of the waterways. A Treasured Memory: Fishing With Dad
Growing up, my dad was a true outdoorsman, and his love for nature and boating rubbed off on me from an early age. Together with my brother, we embarked on countless fishing adventures, creating cherished memories along the way. After my dad passed away, my brother stumbled upon some forgotten treasures in the attic–old 8 mm tapes capturing moments from the past. Among them was footage from 1968 showing us on the Little Red River in AR, and there I was, catching my very first fish. This snapshot in time not only immortalizes a precious memory but also serves as a reminder of the bond we shared and the legacy of love for the great outdoors that my dad instilled in me.
